BETTER TOGUETHER

Powered by Castpost

There's no combination of words
I could put on the back of a postcard
No song I could sing
But I can try for your heart
Our dreams, and they are made out of real things
Like a, shoebox of photographs
With sepiatone loving
Love is the answer,
At least for most of the questions in my heart
Like why are we here? and where do we go?
And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy and
Sometimes life can be deceiving
I'll tell you one thing its always better when we're together

MMM its always better when we're together
Yeah, look at the stars when we're together
Well, it's always better when we're together
Yeah, it's always better when we're together

And all of these moments
Just might find their way into my dreams tonight
But I know that theyll be gone
When the morning light sings
And brings new things
For tomorrow night you see
That theyll be gone too
Too many things I have to do
But if all of these dreams might find their way
Into my day to day scene
I'd be under the impression
I was somewhere in between
With only two
Just me and you
Not so many things we got to do
Or places we got to be
We'll Sit beneath the mango tree now

Its always better when we're together
Mmmm, we're somewhere in between together
Well, it's always better when we're together
Yeah, it's always better when we're together

MMmmmm MMMmmmm Mmmmmm
I believe in memories
They look so, so pretty when I sleep
Hey now, and when I wake up,
You look so pretty sleeping next to me
But there is not enough time,
And there is no song I could sing
And there is no, combination of words I could say
But I will still tell you one thing
We're Better together.

pues esta bien la cancioncilla... el tio es un poco feo, pero bueno, no se puede ser buen compositor y guapo. digo yo. Y el que es guapo se acaba suicidando. Y el que no se suicida no escribe sus canciones.

The Boulevard Of Broken Dreams (Gigolo And Gigolette)

Written for: Moulin Rouge (1934)
Performer: Constance Bennett & Studio Chorus
English lyric: Al Dubin
Spanish lyric: V. F. Romano
Music: Harry Warren
Year: 1933
Original publisher: Remick Music Corp.

English lyric:

Verse 1:

Nightly, lights are shining brightly,
Feet are tripping lightly
While the music plays.
Madness, in the guise of gladness,
Overcoming sadness
In a million ways;
Oh, Gay Paree, look what you've done to me.

Chorus:

I walk along the street of sorrow,
The Boulevard of Broken Dreams;
Where gigolo and gigolette
Can take a kiss without regret,
So they forget their broken dreams.
You laugh tonight and cry tomorrow,
When you behold your shattered schemes,
And gigolo and gigolette
Wake up to find their eyes are wet
With tears that tell of broken dreams.
Here is where you'll always find me,
Always walking up and down;
But I left my soul behind me
In an old cathedral town.
The joy that you find here you borrow,
You cannot keep it long it seems,
But gigolo and gigolette
Still sing a song and dance along
The Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

Verse 2 (from British sheet music):

Smiling while my woes are piling,
I must be beguiling
Or they'll pass me by.
Laughter, that is what they're after,
But behind my laughter,
There's a tear-dimmed eye;
Oh, Gay Paree, you've made a wreck of me.

[Chorus]
